1. EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT EDUCATION LECTURER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Among other duties, he/she will be responsible for:
• Teaching at Diploma and Certificate level in the areas allocated by the Head of School and as reviewed from time to time
• Preparing lecture notes
• Evaluating the outcome of individual learning through formal or informal assessment methods and ensuring timely feedback is given
• Ensuring the subject course outline is sufficiently covered
• Participating in the development, administration and marking of exams and other assessments.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The preferred candidate should:
• Have a Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Development Education or a related degree from a recognized institution
• Have a minimum of 6 months experience in a similar position;
• Should be able to comfortably handle the following: Instructional/learning approaches, Language activities, Methods of teaching young children and Material development
• Be a strong team player
• Be self driven
• Have good Communication Skills
• Have the ability to multitask
• Posses good leadership skills
• Be up to date with current trends in early childhood development.

2. FRONT OFFICE SALES ASSISTANT.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Front Office Team Leader, he/she will among other duties, be responsible for:
• Provision of sufficient information to prospective and existing clients with regard to ZETECH College and the courses offered in a manner that exhibits professionalism and integrity
• Recording all enquiries handled in the prescribed manner in the enquiries book, admissions form and C.I.M.S (College Information Management System)
• Handling all incoming and outgoing calls in a manner that reflects professionalism and integrity as expected by the institution
• Preparing all reports as may be required by the Campus Principal or Business Development Manager
• Keeping track of monthly figures of registration classified per department and per programme, and comparing the figures with the set targets and previous months’ performances.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The desired candidate must:
• Have a minimum of a Bachelor degree in any area from a recognized university
• Customer service/public relations qualification will be of added advantage
• Have a minimum of B in K.C.S.E
• Have excellent analytical and people skills
• Be computer literate with skills in Ms Office Suite and Internet
• Experience in direct sales or customer service will be of added advantage; but not a prerequisite for shortlisting
• Be proactive and a self starter
• Have a passion for customer service
• Be a strong team player.

3. BUSINESS LECTURER – HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (1 Position)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring the subject course outline is sufficiently covered
• Participating in the development, administration and marking of exams and other assessments.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• A minimum of a Masters of Business Administration Degree with a specialization in Human Resource or a relevant degree from a recognized institution
• A first degree in Business with a specialization in Human Resource Management, or any other related course from a recognized University
• Those with professional qualification in Human Resource Management will be given priority.
• A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar position
• Should be able to comfortably teach: Employee Resourcing, Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development and Relationship Management
• A strong team player
• Self driven
• Should be passionate about teaching.

4. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LECTURER (1 position)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• A minimum of an Msc. Information Technology, or Computer Science degree from a recognized University
• A first degree Bsc. Information Technology or Computer Science from a recognized University.
• A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar position.
• Should be able to comfortably teach: Data Structures and Algorithms, Systems Development Project, Computer Security and Cryptography, Network System Design and Implementation and Computer Programming
• A strong team player
• Self driven
• Should have a passion for teaching.
